Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel for a birthday event, and while the room was spacious enough for five people, there were some issues that dampened the experience. The bathroom had a bad drainage smell, and the hot water was non-existent. Additionally, the dining options below the hotel were quite disappointing with below-average food quality and unclean restrooms. On a positive note, the location is convenient for shopping and the staff were very respectful and eager to help.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was great for our birthday stay. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the hot water didn’t work at all. The dining experience was subpar, with food that didn't meet expectations. Despite these issues, the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our visit.
The hotel is located conveniently near shopping spots like the 168 mall and Divisoria, which is a plus, but the overall experience is mixed. The rooms are spacious but suffer from unpleasant bathroom odors. The dining experience below the hotel left much to be desired, with food served lukewarm and lacking in flavor. While the staff tries to assist, the cleanliness in areas like the bathrooms and restaurant needs significant improvement.
The hotel has both positives and negatives, with a decent location near malls but issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and offer entertainment options, but the smells from the bathrooms can be quite off-putting. While the staff is accommodating and friendly, the overall experience was marred by maintenance issues and dining disappointments.
I stayed in a junior suite for a birthday celebration, and the space was massive enough to accommodate up to five people. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that made my stay uncomfortable, and the heater didn't work for hot water. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help, but the overall experience had its ups and downs.
